Memo to our Clients, Partners and Stakeholders
CORONA VIRUS (COVID-19):
In light of uncertainty surrounding the recent outbreak of COVID-19, Afrilex’s priority continues to be the wellbeing of our clients, employees, partners and stakeholders, and we are committed to ensuring that our offices are operating in the safest way for all. We would like to reassure our clients that we are taking all the necessary steps to follow the guidance given by the government and the World Health Organisation at this time.
Our offices work to the highest standard of hygiene, and we are now also following government guidelines on preventative measures and deep cleaning in the light of this outbreak. Hand sanitiser is provided in all offices and all products and surfaces are cleaned regularly with anti-bacterial wipes and disinfectant cleaner.
Our offices are currently open as usual from 8.30am to 5pm, however we may have to vary office opening times should there be any further direction from the government. In view of the above, we advise our clients and stakeholders to minimise physical visits to our offices.
We kindly ask our clients and stakeholders to use electronic means of communications when contacting with us during this critical time.
